Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our web and mobile applications. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and helping resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the work of developers across multiple projects to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to verify functionality, performance, and security.
  • Interface with clients to gather feedback, discuss testing outcomes, and provide quality-related insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and validate day-to-day data operations to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide reports on quality metrics and suggest improvements to testing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with data management and ensuring data accuracy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in API testing and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
  • Previous client-facing experience in a technical role.
