We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Finance Associate. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Finance. The selected candidate will support HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, as well as basic financial tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll support, and expense tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data management.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Support day-to-day finance operations.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accurate expense and budget tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or project experience in HR/Finance is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
